HMB SALT Group's Jordan Goodman, David Hughes and Marilyn Wethekam will present at the 2012 ABA/IPT Advanced Tax Seminars, which will be held March 19-23, 2012 at the Ritz-Carlton in New Orleans, LA.

David and Marilyn will present at the Advanced Income Tax Seminar, held March 19-20. On Monday, March 19, Marilyn will present "Apportionment '410' -- An In-Depth Analysis of Sales Factor Issues Involving the Sale of Tangible Personal Property." On the following day, David will present "Emerging Issues -- Cases in the Pipeline," which will cover hot topics and controversies in the area of state income and franchise tax.

Jordan will present at the Advanced Sales/Use Tax Seminar, held March 20-21. His presentation, titled "And the Hits Just Keep on Coming: The Annual National Multi-State Sales/Use Tax Update," will take place on Wednesday, March 21.

This program is co-presented by the American Bar Association Section of Taxation and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.
